we formulated these drugs nanoparticles. however, we are not familiar with biological activity, types of cell lines and diseases. so kindly suggest which are the cell lines we can use to study above indicated drugs.

After administring NPs, measure reduction in the size of inflammEd paw (in millimeters) caused by your drug loaded NP, taking pure drug solution as control. In cell lines studies, you will need cultures of cells involved in inflammatory process and measure reduction or induction of inflammatory mediators (interleukins and interferons etc) which may be complex. Biocompatibility studies may be performed by evaluating cytotoxicity of NP without drug (Hela cells by MTT assay). Lesser cell killing will mean NP are more biocompatible.
