I am interested to conduct the drug release in different release media, but i would like to know is any restriction or limitation of the concentration of other components such as Hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin in drug release media? can we use 5-10% of concentration, is any disadvantages or advantages, can this effect the drug release sample analysis in UPLC/HPLC ? please share your valuable suggestion and if any experience.

One known issue is where CD elutes with respect to the analyte (drug) of interest. For example, if it is a small size protein/polypeptide, there is a good chance CD might interfere.
