I agree with Hamad Ali Hamad, Coursera is a great place to learn a lot of stuffs! Most of them are free, but incase if you are interested in getting Certificate, you might need to pay (Its not really expensive!) Beside Coursera, you can also have a look at Udemy!
I prefer Python, it is simple and powerful. You can learn both programing and bioinformatics with python. Also, biopython package will help you very much. Also you have to learn R for some different goals. Both of R and Python are necessary in bioinformatics. But start with python.
For learning the bioinformatics I recommend the Coursera website, as others. Also visite the edx website.
Good morning. Some basic stuff in bioinformatics for example, databases, logarithms, SQL, R, histogram etc. And then continue to more complex programming languages.
Basic knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system and use of command line is important. Hope this online introductory tutorials to the UNIX/Linux operating system will be useful;
I'd like to recommend that you look at the resources recommended in the Biostar Handbook - here is a link: https://www.biostarhandbook.com/
This link is appropriate to your question since the handbook focuses on very general issues in computer programming (in particular R and python), but also focuses on very specific questions that bioinformaticians need to know.
Here are free bioinformatics courses for beginners. You can also earn a certificate by applying for financial aid. Also, have shown how to submit your application for the same.
If you want a scheduled course taught by an expert, rather than self taught at your own pace there are some (paid for) courses here that will issue certificates.
