Which cDNA synthesis kit would you suggest; Superscript VILO cDNA synthesis or Superscript IV cDNA synthesis (Invitrogen) ?

I need to convert RNA to cDNA so could anybody please let me know if Superscript VILO cDNA synthesis kit is better than Superscript IV first strand cDNA synthesis kit. Thank you
