I am performing conjugations where I am adding oligonucleotides to proteins. For my confirmation steps, I am doing SDS-PAGE and staining the gel using Pierce Silver Stain to observe shifts in the proteins. Since my product is usually in low abundance, I do not want to use more to run a different gel. Also, I need something that is very sensitive, fast, and relatively cheap. Is there anyway I can also stain for DNA on these gels? Thanks!
