We have received the ΔAif1, ΔYCA1/MCA1, ΔNMA11p and Δnuc1 mutants from S. cerevisiae BY4742 commercially. But we are in doubt about the growth medium of these mutants. Can we use the same media that is used for wild type S. cerevisiae or do we have to make modification in the medium?

I guess these strains are from Euroscarf and belong to the Yeast Knock-out (YKO) deletion collection. If so the deletion cassette is KanMX and confers resistance to geneticin. So if you want to apply selection during culture you have to add geneticin to the rich media (usually 100-200µg/mL).
Dear Liger, we have received the mutants from GE Dharmacon but they used the same cassete (KanMX) with Euroscarf. Thank you very much for this priceless information.
