I dont know if you have used foamDataToFluent. foamDataToFluent should convert the OpenFOAM results data into a .dat file readable by Fluent.

Moreover for tecplot, you can install the package localFoamToTecplot360 to convert the openfoam data directly to tecplot data. You may also use fluent to convert the data to tecplot data.

You can directly visualize the OpenFOAM data in Tecplot. There is no need for conversion, you can directly post-process the data using the controlDict file. In Tecplot go to Load data --> system --> controlDict. Your case will be loaded in Tecplot.
