By searching the half-life of vasopressin, it appears that there are huge fluctuations between studies... Some demonstrate that, in blood, the half-life is about 2-3 min whereas other found more than 20min...
Does anyone know the "accepted" time of vasopressin half-life in blood?
Also, does anyone know the half-life within the brain?

I would tend to use the most relevant published data on a licensed product:
According to the SmPC for Pitressin (SC or IM injection of Vasopressin for treatment of diabetes insipidus - also intranasal administration) the half-life is 10-20 minutes. https://www.rxlist.com/pitressin-drug.htm#description
According to the SmPC for Vasostrict (IV infusion of Vasopressin for treatment of vasodilatory shock) the "apparent" half-life is ≤ 10 minutes. https://www.rxlist.com/vasostrict-drug.htm#indications
My understanding is that the half-life is reported as "apparent" because other factors can/will influence its elimination (e.g. rate of infusion in this case).
You should hopefully be able to dig out more data on the above products (e.g. see if a mean half-life with SD is available)
Vasopressin appears to be metabolised very rapidly in the brain of dogs; in contrast to its anologue (desmopressin), only metabolites could be detected in the csf of dogs.
