Dear All,
I am currently looking for a plasmid (or paper using a plasmid) of oxytocin to transfect it to cell lines.
On Addgene, I only found viral plasmids and if I can avoid that, that would be great.
I can also create one but I wonder if the oxytocin HAVE TO be expressed with neurophysin1 or if an oxytocin plasmid would be fine on it own?
If you have any experience with that or if you know any papers transfecting oxytocin plasmid in cell lines, I would be grateful.
