Hi David, I don't know that specific mix, but as a general rule of thumb, it would work to use a potentially phosphatase-added "fast" mix into a slower machine, but not vice versa. As long as the machine doesn't try to ramp or anneal/extend faster than the enzyme can cope, you should be good. Comparing the standard curves and the ramping speed parameters between the machines that go with the recommended mixes should give you leverage for a decision. Some machines may allow fine-tuning of ramping speed, which would allow you to adjust better.
PS: Also check if both machines can emit and absorb for the dyes used. E.g. if you want to rely on a passive dye like rox to calibrate against inconsistent master mix volumes that use SYBR for sense measurements, your new machine should be able to do that.
