what does M,R,W, represents and how should i order the sequence?

The codes M,R,W,Y refer to redundancies in the sequence
M is A or C
R is A or G
W is A or T
Y is C or T
When you order your primer just include these letters in your primer and the primers will be mixture of all these possible sequences. The ordering website will accept these letters as valid. Viruses have variable genomes and these redundancies are needed to cover all possible sequence variants. Primer 1 will be a mixture of 8 possible sequences and primer 2 will be a mixture of 16.
