Regarding the use of Collagen, rat tail (Cat.NO.: HY-NP010, bought from MCE) to promote cell attachment on thin-layer coated culture plates, I would like to ask the following details:

1. What is the recommended dilution concentration range of this collagen? Is it necessary to adjust the concentration according to the cell type?

2. What solvent is recommended for dilution (such as 0.1% acetic acid/PBS)? Specific dilution steps and aseptic operation points?

3. How to set the appropriate volume, incubation temperature (such as 4℃/room temperature) and time (such as overnight/2 hours) during coating?

4. Is it necessary to wash with PBS or perform special treatment to remove unbound proteins after coating?

I hope experienced colleagues can share their operation experience. Thank you!
