I am attempting to describe the creation of a Research Institution employing a totally different perspective than I have experienced throughout my years in academia. Thus far, the engagement has been limited, though with some notable exceptions. I am searching for criticism, review, suggestions, and possible collaboration in completion of the document prior to seeking funding. While my name is attached to it here at RG, I have not included my name in the document, as that would run counter to its purpose.
With the consistent, existential level scandals and crises confronting pure and applied research, among many other severe issues, it seems reasonable to at least attempt to build something greater than myself. How can I better attract interest and participation?
