Hi Mazin, as Raquel already wrote, transcriptome sequencing will get you the expression data, so you will able to generate expression profiles for your two conditions (before / after cytokine treatment). I highly recommend doing replicates if you want proper results. You could then use software like DeSeq2 or edgeR to calculate the differential expression between your two conditions.
