I wonder if anyone knows where can I get suitable aluminum sheet to cover the inner part of the CPC so it will refract all light falls onto the concentrator.

from similar experiments I can recommend some possible materials:
1) typical aluminum wrap as used in the kitchen
2) the gold/aluminum first-aid blankets from a car's med-pack
3) metallic window foils designed to reflect sunlight so that heat in summer can't get in
Your mirror is quite deep, so maybe my approach doesn't work for you but I put my mirror to the sheet after covering it with spray-glue. Afterwards I evacuated the mirror so that the flexible sheet aligned with the solid mirror..
This will also soften the surface roughness the 3D-Printers create.
In case you printed this in ABS, I suggest treating with Acetone vapor to smoothen the surfaces even further, prior to glueing :-)

i recomend aluminum cooking wrap as is cheap, easy to find and easy to use. Stretch it really good to avoid wrinkles.

Hello Mazin. I strongly recomend you to look for a PVC sheet with a metalic finish, it's really cheap and works perfectly. I've designed a 3D CPC with Cg=3,5 and I reached 200°C with no glass cover. This kind of material is widely used in solar cookers.
