Does whole exome sequencing add any more information over transcriptome sequencing? I am trying to compare expression profiling in AML cells before and after specific cytokine treatment.

How can we reduce the background fluorescence in IF staining of AML cell line cells in suspension?

I am testing translocation of protein from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, I've got a lot of background nuclear fluorescence despite that I used 0.3M glycine in the blocking buffer.

Is there anybody that has experience with p57 expression assay by flow cytometry?

In AML cell lines supposed to show induction of p57 expression after treatment but it showed decrease mean expression with slow proliferation. I used an indirect flow cytometry assay.
