To isolate cells by their surface markers, which kits or product do I have to purchase for MACS method?
which cell do you want to isolate? I'm using the kits from stem cell to isolate T cells right now. I think these kits are better than MACS, they don't need column, and can save more time. The purity and yield are also better than MACS.
i am going to isolate CD44 and CD133 cells.
I used MACS to isolate CD44 and CD133 labelled cancer stem cell population
I think this might be useful.
