Simply Teaching is a religion. When you are a teacher , I think you are doing the best religious works if you work with honesty , sincerity and dedication.
Teaching is a noble and sacred job that serves humanity. It does not only teach people different fields of knowledge but it also educate them the principles life and society. The teacher is the model of his/her students. They teach them ethical , religious and moral values of society in addition to the scientific knowledge.

To approach teaching as a dedicated profession with the rigor of religious pursuit is indeed an interesting comparison. However, it is noteworthy that presenting an extremist approach can be as detrimental in teaching as it is in politics. So sir, I think you can make the general comparison that teaching is LIKE a religion. But, I do not think it is fair to state explicitly that teaching IS a religion because of the negative connotations associated with religious fanaticism.
Thanks for your kind answer . In the explanation of the definitions it is clearly written . I a m sure all will agree with me the teaching with honesty is not and never a politics but sometimes it may happen when there notoriety and dishonesty.
You are absolutely right, most of the teachers especially in the developing countries teachers are inclined to politics do not teach their students by hearts and thats why there are a lot of scenarios of hell!
One of the core tasks of the HRM strategy is the learning, training and development functions of the human resources available, available and targeted to the Organization, with the aim of providing them with the skills and expertise needed to deal with the changing characteristics of FAO's material resources.
Through skilled human resources, competent and experienced, the Organization is able to exploit the opportunities available and overcome the risks that it may be exposed to.
I am in agreement with your normative statement that learning processes should be primarily about humanistic education and not solely about knowledge transmission. In this respect, modern pedagogics is at a scientific crossroad: it can either perfectly economize the human potential (resources) or humanize the behavioral potential (resources). The tendency to totally subordinate and economize the human resources (potential) to some expected market conditions has also become a religion, in total behaviorist terms. Teaching is definitely much more than a job, but the educational reality of the many learning factories and market assembly lines is still a dominant trend. A first humanistic step would be the abolishment of the planned curriculum economy, which damages the teaching profession and cripples good educators.
I agree with these wonderful words, but there are many who speak in religion do not have the simplest elements of teaching, so it can be said who possessed true faith is the one who embodies the supreme principles of teaching.
Modern technology are in the scientific cross road to be connected with humanity. But all the works are based on human beliefs, norms and other humanistic characters to reach the final destination. By a job it cant achieve without dedications.
Obviously dedicated teaching is a resource that contributes in developing and shaping society and nation. but it applied to those who are teachers by choice not by chance.
The importance of teaching is so high that among all information a person gains in society, still scientifical knowledge remains the more important. But not only for survival through jobs, academic carer and else, but morality, ethics, live in a society as @ Hazim Al Dilaimy spoke.
Maybe this way, in a society full of trash information, teacher sometimes acts as a "religious leader". Propaganda industry, fetish markets... well, people behaving and reasoning sometimes are so influenced by capitalism models as Frankfurt School appointed that aside religious teachings, professors and teachers can make a very serious difference in people's life. Even the ones that consider themselves already in a high standard degree of education. I believe this way, a teacher becomes a leader of elucidating what is to be "evil" and "good".
Complicated matter to assume education have enough power to overcome ignorance everywhere, from the daily routines untill political decisions...
Your saying which thrills me "'Even the ones that consider themselves already in a high standard degree of education. I believe this way, a teacher becomes a leader of elucidating what is to be "evil" and "good".
Complicated matter to assume education have enough power to overcome ignorance everywhere, from the daily routines untill political decisions"'-
Yes all the things are in the pack of humanity, dedications and honesty of a faculty member.
The teacher is really successful teacher who raises love, and sees education love work to God Almighty, and love work to him .. He loves his students as he loves his children, and save in their education.
The importance of education in our lives.
