Now the "goodwill" is the moral capital embedded in the community or neighborhood . Typically the procedure of Committee is that 12 females from a neighborhood would make a verbal or written commitment to deposit a certain amount per month suppose 100 $ per month and the one who is the guardian of committee or the initiator will have the first month deposit 1200 $ . For the rest of the people a random draw will be perform from 2 to 12 ,. Each member will receive 1200 $ upon their turn. ............. I hope this is obvious how this notion is replacing other systems of monetary exchange .
