It looks like to me from the image that the wall is of organic type, Is it really so? Foraminifera have calcareous test which is built upon an organic lining, when the test is dissolved by acid the organic lining remains and can be collected among other polynomorphs by maceration process on palynological slides.
If it is indeed a foraminifer, then it is most likely to be of miliolid group, because of similarity to streptospiral type of coiling.
The threads exiting from the terminal aperture also show similarity to foraminiferal pseudopodia.
Now the question is, why the calcareous test is absent, is it dissolved under CCD level of sea water or it is a juvenile which the calcaroues test is not yet formed.

Thank you all of you! I forgot to mention that the sample was collected near the coast, with a depth of 1 m approximately. It is indeed a Milioline, your answers helped me a lot!
