Solubility of NE, Sunitinib and MCOPPB?

I want to add these compounds to my cell culture. Does anyone have any experience in what is the best solvent to dissolve these compounds?

I am planning to dissolve NE and MCOPPB in water and Sunitinib in DMSO.
