However, it is not worth writing to them because they do not have the capacitiy (and perhaps also no possibility) to add millions of missing citations by hand. In addition to what is already indicated by Wolfgang R. Dick the point is that your paper entitled “Screening of different genotypes/cultivars of black gram against stem fly, Melanagromyza sojae (Zehntner) in Kharif season” contains 19 references and if you look at the paper here on RG you see that the RG engine/algorithm is only able to detect 15 references. It is possible that after an unknown period of time this might change, and the problem resolves itself.

If you really want to get this solved (sooner) then I think the following options might work:
