I'd like to work with BJAB cells. As I understand, they should be growing in suspension. However, I observe some adherent cells in my cultures. I already thawed several aliquotes from our frozen stock and it's always the same. After several days, I can see some adherent cells here and there in the flask. When I pass them, I transfer them to another flask and I try not to scratch the bottom so that I only take the cells in suspension. Therefore I think that they are rather differentiating that a contamination. What do you think? Is this normal for BJABs or should I not use those cultures for my experiments. Thanks!
