Hello ever one
mouse embryonic stem cells they are usual grown in feeder layer.And these fibroblast is treated with mitomycine for inhibition of division of this feeder layer.
My problem is that I have got a vial cells(ESD-3)which contain Mouse embryonic fibroblast when i plate on .1% gelatin the feeder layer also growing growing.during culture both cells are growing.Now please suggest me how can i separates both cell.i have only one vial.please suggest me for separation of this cells.
