Hi:

I have question on the PD-L1 antibody.

I am using BALB/C mouse for immunotherapy and I am using Atezolizumab. I searched internet that it is ok to use human IgG antibody to mouse which I assume that Atezolizumab is going to be fine to use it instead of using mouse PD-L1 antibody. However, I just want to make sure that you guys have experience or academical clue that if that is not ok or if you guys can confirm that Atezolizumab (human treatment antibody drug) is ok to use in the mouse model.
