I am having trouble with this calculation, well, this must be so easy for you guys who are majoring in this field though. (since it is not calculate question)
Well, I am having difficulty to figure out the bond energy and how it can be broken down.
it is hydrogen bond (it has 3~5 hydrogen bond) breaking.
the bond strength is -10kcal/mole (delta G value), and I want to break the bond.
I know the heat is one of the major value to break the hydrogen bonding but can pH also break this bonding? like low pH can produces heat or energy to break this bonding ?
it is drug + albumin bonding. I don't see any organic reaction that pH can break the hydrogen bonding but you guys know much better than me so please help me with this
