Does antibody have thiol group (-SH) on the outside surface so that it can conjugate with maleimide ?

Hi:

Antibody has -S- at the center which is very common to everyone. But I am going to try to conjugate with other thiol groups (if there is one). Did anybody try conjugation between -SH & maleimide ?

does it work ?
