I designed many primers and they will work as a mixture. I am not sure whether those primers bind with each other (instead of template). I try to find some soft to check the quality of those primers but fail. So I want to do it with python myself. I do not know the algorithm or functions for primer design and test. Some advice?

Here I mean I add lots of primers(~100 genes) in one reaction. So I must make sure the every primer do not have Herero/self-Dimer with other primers. Now those tools always analyze one to one. I need a tool to analyze one to all. (I am not sure whether My Question is clear?)

I have used PriDimer check software for checking primer dimerisation. It was very helpful, although I checked for only 7 sets of primers.
