Problem hetrologous protien purification Pichia pastoris?

Can anyone help me with a heterologous protein purification problem from Pichia pastoris supernatant?

I am trying to purify the 59.6 kDa protein from the supernatant (protein has secretion signal). it doesn't have His tag. I want to see in the SDS-PAGE gel.

is there any method for concentrated protein in supernatant?
