I'm now trying to induce osteogenesis of C3H10T1/2 cells, and I'm going to analyze gene expression of the gene Collagen type 1 alpha 2 using qPCR (only SYBR is available in our lab). However, it seems that in most of the papers I found, Collagen type 1 alpha 1 is popularly analyzed. Would you mind introducing me some papers in which they used Col(I)a2 for I need some good primer sequences to amplify this gene?

you should look in NCBI for the sequence of mRNA of that gene... then you could design the primers yourself.. we do osteogenesis aswell, and we evaluate RUNX2 expression, ALP expression and activity, and Col1a1 expression and production.
I have used the Harvard Primer Bank for qPCR primer sequences. They have validated many of the qPCR primer pairs for mouse genes. I have only used the database for primer sequences to human genes, but have not had any fail me yet.

@Augustina Lino: Thank you for your advice. I also designed some primers myself, but I would like to refer some reliable sources and try different primer pairs to compare the results.
