During the in-gel activity staining of SOD, Riboflavin is used in the concentration of 28-30micromolar. As per the literature/protocols, the preparation of the riboflavin solution is in 50mM potassium phosphate buffer of pH 7.8. With respect to this am facing a problem with solubility. According to one of the protocol it mentioned that stock preparation in water. i.e; 11.3mg/ml of riboflavin in water followed by diluting 50microliter in 50ml KPi buffer of pH 7.8.

with these can anyone discussion about the preparation so that it will help me a lot in doing my experiments.
