I did western blot for the cytoplasmic and nuclear protein with molecular weight 20
I got good cytoplasmic band but the nuclear band was not clear as it shown in the picture although lamin A/C band was good
I use 12% gel concentration
What may the cause of this?

Try increasing the amount of nuclear extract loaded on the gel.
Adjust your exposure time and ensure the chemiluminescent signal is captured long enough to detect weak bands.
Double-check the separation of cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions to ensure the integrity of each fraction.
Optimize the antibody concentration or try a different antibody if needed.
By troubleshooting these areas, you should be able to improve the visibility of your nuclear protein band.
