Hello all,

I have been trying to buffer exchange my antibody samples from a 20 mM Histidine, pH-6.0 buffer to 20 mM Sodium Acetate buffers ( pH 5.0, 5.3 & 5.6). After 10X buffer exchange using Amicon filers I see the pH was approximately 0.2 units off the target (eg: 5.0 buffer the pH after buffer exchange was 5.2). I am wondering what could be the possible reason.
