It can be done, but this may not give you the best result since the number of virions infecting each cell will give different insert multiplicities of the constructs you inserted. It would be much clearer to put all of your inserts in one virus (if possible, i.e., not too big) and then each inserted "gene" will appear the same number of times in each infected cell, i.e., different cells will have different numbers of inserts but each cell will have the same number of each "gene" on the inserted DNA.
