Please share if you know any immunologists/ scientists in the field. If the mRNA based vaccines get into the fetal blood in a pregnant patient, what are the chances of negative selection, in words, the fetal immune system perceiving the viral protein as "self" therefore preventing future immunity when the baby is born? I would expect the fetal system to consider the spike protein as normal, since fetal development involves deletion of autoreactive T cells.
