Can I get regulatory T cell generation/expansion/induction in mice with in 12 to 20 hrs of protein IP injection in mice along with infection, Initially I will be checking on the basis of FOXP3. I want to check whether the protein causes T reg generation/expansion/induction.

I would be inclined to agree with Vamsi - 24 hours is probably a good time point to look at new Tregs - although this depends on bioavailability of your protein you are injecting. If you are looking at suppressive capacity you could also try staining for Helios too. Hope this helps.
