Dear ResearchGate Community,
I am trying to establish a flow-cytometry based 3 color panel to identify cancer stem cells in patient-derived colorectal cancer organoids. So far I've seen a large number of potential markers, but I am still unclear as to which ones of these are of higher relevance.
I think EpCAM and CD133 are quite widely used in the field, but I would highly appreciate your input especially if you have experience with this cell subset.
Which other 1-2 markers would you use to identify cancer stem cells and how would you arrange the gating strategy?
