Hello,

i have a question concerning the dissolution of Forskolin (abcam):

We dissolved it in DMSO and PBS as stocksolution (100mM). (we used PBS, because of the adverse effects of DMSO on cell functionality)

So we first gave DMSO to the Forsolin pellet -> a clear solution came up.

BUT when we added PBS, the solution precipicated again.

Do you know why and could you give an alternative advice?
