Meister Task is a good software program for the tasks you listed. You can assign projects or tasks to individuals or groups and then track tasks as they are done. You can also download an app to your phone and add things directly from there.

Asana is another good one. I prefer the drag and drop of the Meister Task platform but both have much of the same features.
