I'm looking for a protocol for doing fluoresence microscopy to see the mitochondria shape/AR, on PBMCs from human blood?
Try Mitochondrial dyes like Mitotracker green which goes and binds to the total mitochondria of cells. It can be visualized in FITC range
Thank you! Do you know what is the best concentration for this type of cells?
In addition to mitotracket, You can also try JC1 dye as separate batch, which gives polarizarion status.
