I wanted to verify and confirm my Laval nozzle dimension in Ansys fluent, I did the right calculation and analysis for my nozzle with the right equation with the following conditions 1 atm exist pressure , for the inlet 35 bar and 3349 K but when I make a 2D model in fluent to simulate it with 1 atm at the exist and whit introducing my own parameter and fluid (Cp and Molecular weight)
when I simulate my nozzle it doesn't make any sense the result is that the nozzle is under-expanded ( pressure outlet > 1 atm), so what's the problem ?
I'm enough sure that the problem isn't in my calculation but in fluent, I think I didn't do the right configuration method (Yes I followed many Youtube tutorials)
Did you consider air as ideal gas? Share the details of numerical methodology you have used

I finally figured where was the problem:
firstly I exported my model from SolidWorks to Ansys SpaceClaimer (Ansys 21) then i go to DesignModler to put my surface as a "Fluid" not as a solid (First problem) ,
Secondly my mesh wasn't good enough, hence I added Bias.
and finally to save time I used a half 2D model.
