Is titin expressed in AC16 cells?

Hi there!

I need to examine modifications of titin in cardiomyocyte culture. Since I won't collect enough protein if I use primary culture (needs to be adult), I was wondering if anyone has looked at titin expression in AC16?

I found papers demonstrating titin expression in HL-1 but the sarcomeres did not look very well organized.
