I saw these structures forming in my cell culture. Does anyone know what these are? Have you experienced such a situation before?

It doesn't look like a contamination. You can often see such structures on the bottom of a flask or petri dish. Fibrous structures on the outer surface (the source may be a napkin or anything else) or microscratches may appear this way under the microscope. You can try cleaning the outer surface of the flasks and the microscope lenses before imaging again. I hope this helps.

Hello, these structures are partly acting together with the media. The media in the flask had turned yellow (from light pink) and there were many dead cells. I was worried because this is unusual for us.
Hi, There are not many floating cells visible based on the images you added. If the abnormal shapes move with the media, there may be a foreign substance inside the flask. It looks like a fiber of some kind, maybe from a labcoat or media filter, etc. And as long as your cells look fine, you shouldn't bother. Media turning yellow does not always indicate contamination. Under normal conditions, the media begins to turn yellow at the density shown in the images. But if you say the cells look unhealthy than normal, I definitely recommend you switch to new cell stock and refresh your media bottle.

Today, I check my other flasks and i saw this again. I change media yesterday but flask color already change. Is it can be yeast?

Your cells look absolutely fine based on the images. The cells are adhered and the confluency is almost 70%. As you said, if you passaged it yesterday, you seeded at high cell density.The confluency is already too high, so the media is consumed very quickly and turns yellow. If you are using antibiotics, I don't think there is any contamination. If there is an expert nearby, maybe you can ask them to take a look at the cells under the microscope. I hope this helps.
