The importance lies in the immediate reporting of a pandemic, sharing all the information without hesitation and taking a global response by needed measurements. The faster all this happens, the better we humans can control the pandemic.

In order to search a possible geographical-ethnic root of COVID19 response
I use the data of Asia mortality for all countries, with a separation between western countries (main population: Caucasian) vs. eastern countries (Chinese-Mongolian).
The emerged difference is +1% eastern vs. western.
