I need to know how can i integrate different images obtained from transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The algorithm adds images obtained through different angles and helps to construct a 3D pictue or model of the sample under investigation.
Have a look at http://www.astra-toolbox.com/. It is a Matlab toolbox. I will also have a look at it and see if I can help you get it running. There is also a python interface/wrapper -- see https://tomroelandts.com/articles/do-not-ignore-the-astra-toolbox.
Anyway, the algorithm seems to be easy to implement in Matlab.
Can you tell me more about the geometry of your image acquisition?
Hi Miguel....thanks for suggestions. I asked this question to process some TEM data which i am expecting to get in near future. The tasks looks a bit tricky in terms of images alignment.I shall go through the suggested posts to see how can i use to solve my problem.
I am not been able to say about the geometry of the images as i am waiting for some response to conduct experiment. Anyway, Thanks, and will disscuss it further.
