I am looking for appropriate UV sources (ratings e.g wavelength, power etc)used to cured PDMS elastomer(Silicon resins)?I found a common UV source sell in market with wavelength 410nm and 100mwatt. It make sense to use UV source with short wavelength to acquire more enegy to cure. Comments and suggestions wellcome.

First what PDMS are you using - if you're purchasing UV-PDMS from a supplier do they not have a datasheet?
The 'standard' Dow Corning 'sylgard 184' is a thermal cure process. Hence I normally only use UV to activate the PDMS surface (e.g. for silanisation). However, it looks like some people have modified it using photointiators such as benzophenone, in which case I would recommend doing a literature search. It looks like micro resist technology supply it with their own data sheet, stating 2000 mJ cm^-2, 20 min @ 25 deg C, TA Instruments ARES-G2: http://www.microresist.de/en//content/uv-curable-liquid-silicone-rubber-uv-pdms

Interesting. I am out of silicone business for a few years, but at that time I remember addition curing with Si-H crosslinkers with thermally activated Pt catalysts. Things are changing :)
