I need to use a syringe-plunger system to extrude a thermosetting polymer. Thermosets crosslink after mixing the two components and becomes solid with time spans. Due to curing and transforming into a sold (sticky) it can jam the system. Moreoever, It is important to know net force and viscosity as it pass through the syringe under the effect of gravitation force and applied force (plunger or piston effect). I know different rheometer exists to study reheology in materials but is there exists particularly for thermosets polymer as it might can jam the system during test.

To analyze the no-cured urethane components you could use a Oscilatory Rheometer in a concentrin cylinders configuration. But, if you need to know the rheology of urethane thermoset polymer you could use dynamical mechanical Analysis (DMA) to know the viscoelastic behavior of the polymer.
