The sample that I have contains a large amount of calcium which makes it very hard. It may become problem in sectioning of buffering embedded tissue .
How about decalcification (put the tissue block in decal solution for several hours before tissue processing) ?
Dear Jian-Hua Qiao, i read that acid decalcification protocols not recommended for IHC, Is this true ? and is this suitable for breast tumor samples ?
