Did you clean your FTO before use? Washing with Acetone/Methanol and then complete with UV Ozone cleaning treatment?

Hi Randi,

Generally，our procedure to clean FTO glass is mainly by ultrasonic cleaning the glass under acetone,ethyl alcohol,and ultrapure water respectively, each for 15 min. the drying was made by hair dryer.

It could be enough for cleaning process.

However, UV ozone treatment on FTO could decrease hydrophobicity of FTO surface.

And we can easily deposit our materials.

Hi,

To improve adhesion of the thin film: Ultraviolet radiation can be used after coating (or heat heating). Before that, the surface of the conductive material must be cleaned well, as reported in the scientific references.
