Dr. Ksenya Shchors et al. have recently published an original article on the drug repositioning of tricyclic antidepressants and anticoagulant ticlopidine, both of which provokes the autophagic cell death in tumor tissues.
Further, I have recently reviewed on metabolic reprogramming and conventional drugs targeting on tumor-specific metabolic pathways.
Is there any other examples of drug repositioning for anti-cancer treatment?

The cattle dewormer levamisole was APPROVED as a sensitizer for 5-FU based chemotherapy in colorectal cancer back in the 1970's
